Idiotikz is a digital learning platform for the classroom inspired by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 16: promoting justice, strong institutions, and civic awareness.
It makes politics and world events accessible and engaging for students through interactive, fun content while also equipping teachers with intuitive tools for monitoring progress, guiding discussions, and supporting meaningful learning outcomes.

Conducting user research - including in-person interviews with teachers, students, and parents, as well as digital surveys — offered first-hand insights into the strengths and limitations users currently experience.
Analysing this data and summarising the finding in report formats such as user personas and empathy maps provided valuable insights into user behaviours and needs, guiding the design process with clarity and empathy.
